You discovered this page because you’ll likely need some sort of home maintenance/remodeling in the near future. Believe it or not, a lot of the things installed in your home are designed for a very long usable life when cared for properly. Your home’s goods likely fall into that range. It’s easy to get caught up in a busy life and ignore their maintenance. When that happens, you’ll be faced with 5 figure decisions regularly.
Anytime you’re talking about spending tens of thousands of dollars to replace windows, doors, bathrooms, roofing, or anything like that, it would probably benefit you to explore all available options to maximize the value of your dollar. If you’re like many homeowners, that means ensuring worry-free use of your beautiful home for years to come — with a good bit of money left over.
Lifetime Renewal specializes in keeping your money in your pocket so you can do just that. And more.
Rather than focusing on the benefits of new products and justifying their costs to you, we turn our eyes to maintaining the goods you already have installed. Without a doubt, it is the most cost-effective of keeping your home as a setting for your pleasure, instead of an unavoidable pain, or worse, a freedom sucking money pit.
If you’re fortunate enough to know a quality handyperson who charges a fair rate and has good availability, you’re already ahead of the game. If you don’t, you do now.
At Lifetime Renewal, we’re happy to manage and perform larger scale renovations when needed. From our years of experience, we’re confident we can work together to find the quality materials and specialists that may be required to complete them. But what we also learned is that FAR TOO MANY TIMES major renovations were performed when some general maintenance was all that was needed. And unfortunately, the homeowner was left holding the tab. We want to avoid that.
It’s hard to put a price on the peace of mind you’ll enjoy as a Lifetime Renewal member. But for the sake of comparison, our scheduled work costs SIGNIFICANTLY LESS, ALMOST 90% LESS, than if you were to follow a full remodeling program offered by other major companies. Plus, we provide extremely reasonable rates when our member homes require more involved attention.
It might be now, or later.
Whenever it is, we’re happy to discuss your specific home care plan. From shingles to faucets, interior and exterior, we will work together to create the best of keeping your time, money, and energy available, while also crafting a space you’ll love to live in. Whether you plan on staying in your home for 5 or 50 years, you’ll be glad you chose to deal with us.
The sooner you act, the better. Right now, we’re offering an unprecedented value for your attention. The first 125 homeowners will receive this unparalleled experience for $125/Mo.
Your home will be treated like a patient and cared for accordingly – as it should be.
Where most contractors recommend a series of major surgeries, we choose to apply a less invasive approach. We believe in a life of preventative care, with scheduled necessary procedures. It adds to the longevity of your home and keeps all those extra funds in your pocket to use however you want.
Welcome to Lifetime Renewal.
What to expect:
Step 1: Intake
First, we’ll need to meet to properly assess your home’s needs. We’ll inspect any problem areas (and the rest of your home) as well as talk about its use and plans you may have for the future. Then, we’ll be able to create a home care plan. Lifetime Renewal provides the knowledge, skills, as well as the premium sealants, adhesives and fasteners for maintenance performed. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to purchase touch up paint, replacement shingles, and other minimal rough goods as needed. We’re glad to pick them up.
Step 2: First Checkups
We make home life easy by bringing the care to you. After our initial visit, we’ll have a good idea of where we need to focus our efforts. And for our first checkups, that’s what we’ll do. It might be resealing around windows, cleaning drains, securing loose shingles, or addressing leaky downspouts and gutters. After those initial concerns are met, we’ll continue to routinely look for common signs of wear and tear, as well as maintain our previous work.
Step 3: Continued Visits
As long as you’re a Lifetime Renewal member, your home will receive a yearly care plan. Usually, broken down into 4-5 visits, we will continue to assess, inform, and perform the maintenance necessary to keep your home functioning as it should. And when your home is caught up on its general maintenance, we’ll focus on projects to make your home life better. For example, you may want to swap out a fridge/stove/garbage disposal. Someone might have put a hole in your drywall. Or maybe you want us to install the new vanity faucet and mirror you just purchased for your master bedroom.
We’re here for the fixes and the fixtures.
Step 4: Renewal
Although unlikey, each year you’ll have the option to cancel with us. We know we offer a value unlike any other in the industry, but we’re also aware that times might get tough financially. If that were to happen, we’d hate to see you leave, but also know your home will be in better shape than before we met.
Optional: Additional Work
As we mentioned before, we also offer general home remodeling. In fact, thats what most of us grew up doing. Whenever the need or desire arises, we know how to find the right type of products for your budget and design.
Are you starting to see the picture? We'd like to make it a reality.
